Who we are
Kickflip Audit is run by KICKFLIP, an AI-native design studio based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email audit@kickflip.design.
What we collect
- ›The store URL you submit, so we can audit it.
- ›Technical data from the public pages we crawl (markup, metadata, performance signals). We only read pages that are publicly accessible.
- ›Your name and email, but only when you choose to unlock a full report.
- ›Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- ›To deliver the audit you asked for, and to email you the report and order confirmation (performance of a contract).
- ›To send product tips and offers only if you tick the optional box (consent, which you can withdraw any time).
- ›We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to profile you.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and Google PageSpeed Insights / Chrome UX Report (public performance data). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Audits and reports are kept for 12 months so you can come back to them, then deleted. Leads and order records are kept as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email audit@kickflip.design and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We keep this lean. We use only the essential storage needed to run the audit flow. We audit sites for honest cookie and consent practices, so we hold ourselves to the same line.
A note on accessibility findings
Automated accessibility findings are an indication, not legal advice. The European Accessibility Act has exemptions, including for microenterprises (fewer than 10 staff and up to 2 million euros turnover). Treat our findings as a strong starting point for conversion and compliance, and confirm your specific obligations with a qualified professional.
